For WWE fans, the name of Melina Perez will ring a bell. Melina was best known to be the manager and woman linked to another former WWE wrestler, John Morrison but also a former WWE Divas champion.

Melina's last appearance in the WWE was way back in August 1, 2011 where she was part of the Divas Battle Royale for the number one contender. After that, Melina disappeared from the WWE.

She did appear in some in other wrestling organizations but never really rose back to stardom. She tried out several TV shows but again, the Mexican-American beauty's name never cropped again. That was until now.

In an interview with Jim Ross for the Ross Report, Melina looked back at her stint in the WWE. She recalled her moments and well, not so fond memories as well. Among those negative flashbacks include an issue that concerned a familiar name linked to her which was Morrison.

Word had it that Melina had cheated on Morrison and was the main reason why the two split up. And the other guy? Well, based on rumors, it was tied up to another former WWE superstar named Dave Batista.

Melina vehemently denied the rumor and said that Batista was simply being a friend. She shared how she would be bullied backstage and how the Animal would stand up for her. With that scenario, many were under the impression that Melina and Batista had something more than friendship.

But now and years later, Melina clears the air that there was nothing between Batista and her. Though time has passed and the issue had been readily forgotten, Melina admits that the nasty rumor still bothers her especially when someone brings it up.

Batista himself is no longer with the WWE and seems to be looking at the UFC at the moment. Batista did return briefly last year but it seems that things didn't turn out for the better for the former heavyweight champion.
