The tenth season of "Supernatural" will feature the stories of the two brothers equally. It seemed that the storyline of Demon Dean is getting a lot of attention lately because of the different speculations about how he will be cured from the evil inside him.
However, executive producer Jeremy Carver confirmed to Entertainment Weekly that the two brothers will be featured equally next season. "I know there's always this concern of one brother having the story, one brother not having the story, but both brothers will very much be having stories," he said.
According to the latest spoilers, the Winchester brothers will be featured separately in the first two episodes and their paths will cross again on the third episode entitled "Soul Survivor". While Dean embraced his carefree life enveloped by the Demon, his brother will be on his quest in finding the cure for the dilemma of his brother.
The season 10 of "Supernatural" will focus on brotherly love between Dean and Sam on the next season. The Winchester brothers apparently worked out the issues between them during the episode entitled "Do You Believe in Miracles". However, the pair will surely encounter more problems, especially now that Dean sports a pair of shiny black eyes.
However, Demon Dean is not an ordinary evil entity as he was not possessed and he is extremely powerful. Moreover, Dean bears the Mark of Cain, although it was not explained what role it will play in Dean's current state. Trying to figure out how to remove the Mark of Cain will be one of the central themes of "Supernatural" season 10. It was suspected that if the Mark does not need to be removed in order to heal or restore Dean back to normal, it may cause a different issue that will be revealed this season.
"Supernatural" season 10 will be back on air on Oct. 7 at CW.
