Jessica Pearson (Gina Torres) will now take matters into her own hands to stop the downfall of the Pearson Specter Litt law firm in the next episode of "Suits" season 6.

In the trailer for the upcoming episode, titled "Spain," the firm's co-founder reminded her partners that the firm was not intended to be run by just three people permanently. It means that they have to all work harder to get Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) out of prison so he can help them.

But it seems like Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) is getting impatient with Mike. It appears like Mike is reluctant to cooperate with Harvey's plans, but he will be left with no other choice but to get his act together so he could finally get out of jail.

However, Harvey and Mike's plans that will require him to get information from his prison inmate Kevin Miller (Eric Palladino) could be derailed since Kevin refused to tell him the truth, and something from Mike's past could interfere with his mission.

However, Mike is the least of Harvey's problems. In the upcoming episode, Harvey will find himself defending Wall Street high-flier William Sutter (Alan Rosenberg) from SEC investigator Sean Cahill (Neal McDonough).

Part of the synopsis for the upcoming episode reads: "Harvey defends Sutter from Cahill; Mike's past threatens to derail his mission; Rachel and Jessica seek evidence to re-open a case; Louis woos Tara."

This means that Louis (Rick Hoffman) will spend more time trying to impress Tara (Carly Pope), even to the extent of inviting her for a trip to the Hamptons. Will Louis finally have girlfriend in the upcoming episodes of the season?

The sixth episode of "Suits" season 6 will air on Wednesday, Aug. 17, on USA Network.
