It seems like the big, united household composed of Kody Brown and his four wives is starting to crumble even before the seventh season of "Sister Wives" begins on TLC.

Rumors about Meri, Janelle, and Christine's plans to leave the polygamous household that they share with Kody and Robyn have been talked about for days. But Meri's recent posts on her Twitter account seem to confirm that she is really contemplating separating from her husband, who legally married her in 1990 but divorced in September 2014 so he could marry his fourth wife Robyn.

In one of the posts, Meri shared a quote from former First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt, which reminded her nobody can make a person inferior if they will not let them.

According to previous rumors, Meri felt frustrated after her divorce. She even got involved in a catfishing scandal that tricked her into having an affair because of her reported disappointment in their situation at home.

The scandalous affair is currently threatening to cause another problem at home, after Jackie Overton, who pretended to be a man named Samuel Jacob Cooper to con Meri, released a tell-all book called "Almost Meri'd" to reveal the secrets of the Brown household.

Aside from Meri, Janelle is also said to be ready to leave her husband and take her six children with her.

"Janelle has told the family that she wants to focus full-time on her real estate career," a source told In Touch.

The report also claimed that Kody's second wife is planning to use her career to become financially stable so she and her kids can start living on their own. "It's just Kody and Robyn who are truly together at this point," the source revealed.

Because of the possible changes that could happen in the polygamous family, the reality series could also feature several changes for season 7.

"The upcoming season will focus on Kody, Robyn and Ariella," the source said, referring to the possible plot that will center on Kody and Robyn's newborn baby. "That will allow for Janelle and Meri to slowly begin their exit."

TLC has yet to reveal the official release date of "Sister Wives" season 7.
