"Seven Deadly Sins" season 2 will see the rise of a new villainous group of elite warriors which fans will come to know as the Ten Commandments.

The new season is expected to be about the troop as the story arcs expected to be tackled in the new season are collectively called the "Ten Commandments Saga."

Since the anime is loyal to its source material, fans can expect Melodias to singlehandedly take on the killer group in "Seven Deadly Sins" season 2.

The presence of the Ten Commandments led to the emergence of a new threat over Camelot and Fairy's King Forest in the form of deadly Albions.

It looks like bad guys will not give Melodias and the Seven Deadly Sins time to rest as they emerge just after the group defeated Hendrikson, who threatened to destroy the Kingdom of Liones.

The peril faced by the Fairy's King Forest will rope Ban back into action. In "Seven Deadly Sins" season 2, he is expected to leave the Seven Deadly Sins in pursuit of his beloved Elaine, whom he plans to resurrect.

In order to do so, he heads over to that very same place where he will be crowned king. His timing could not get any more spot on.

Although Ban will be fighting his own battle over at Fairy's King Forest, the group he left will deal with the Albions in Camelot.

The kingdom is rather unfortunate for being the target of new bad guys as it attempts to develop itself into a thriving town. Filling in for Ban will be Merlin, who will also head to Camelot to free it from the terrorists.

As for the release date of "Seven Deadly Sins" season 2, it is expected to premiere by the end of the year or early next year. An official announcement has not been made yet, though.
