'Revenge' season 4 episode 7: David and Emily to finally reunite, but heated confrontation expected

The highly anticipated reunion between Emily and her father David will finally happen in the seventh episode of "Revenge" season 4.

In the past episode, Victoria (Madeline Stowe) was seen trying hard to keep her influence on David (James Tupper) as he faced the cameras in an interview aired on national television.

"No matter what happens, I will always be on your side," she said to him.

This week, fans will see David knocking on Emily's (Emily VanCamp) doorstep and telling his daughter, "I thought it was time we met."

But instead of a heartwarming scene wherein the father and daughter will be together again after a long time, the two will be embroiled in a heated confrontation instead. This is not surprising — after all, Victoria  already convinced David that Emily is bent on wreaking havoc in his family.

What could possibly result from the long-awaited meeting between them? Emily last saw her dad before he was imprisoned. Could this lead to reconciliation? Or will David continue to hold a grudge against a person who he mistakenly believes is the villain in his life?

But David is not the only one who will face Emily in the upcoming episode. Daniel (Josh Bowman) will deal with Emily to make her confess all her secrets.

Back in episode six, his sister Charlotte (Christa B. Allen) told him that he needs to know who Emily Thorne really is. What would he do when he learns that he happens to be married to the half-sister of his own sister? Will that change his relationship with Emily?

Other heated confrontation scenes are also featured in "Revenge" season 4 episode 7. Things will heat up between Margaux (Karine Vanasse) and Louise (Elena Satine), which could lead to a big spat between the two.

"Revenge" season 4 episode 7 titled "Ambush" will air on Sunday, Nov. 9.
