With "Real Housewives of Atlanta" set to come back to TV for the eight season very soon, more details about who will be appearing on the show have also been surfacing.

According to OK! Magazine, fans can expect a lot of familiar faces to be back on their TV screens in the fall, as the reality show is expected to bring back a lot of the cast members.

Some of the familiar faces fans can expect back include Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burruss, Kenya Moore, Phaedra Parks, and also Porsha Williams. The quintet was even spotted recently, reuniting at a launch event for Bailey's new eyewear line. The event was held in Atlanta, Georgia.

In addition to the returning cast members for the eighth season, there will also be another prominent name making her comeback to the "Real Housewives of Atlanta."

None other than Sheree Whitfield herself is reportedly making her way back to the "Real Housewives of Atlanta." Whitfield's return has been in the rumor mill non-stop over the last few months, and it appears as though those reports have been accurate. Joining Whitfield in making her return to the show will be Marlo Hampton.

According to iDigital Times, Whitfield's return has already sparked some early fireworks on set for the show. During filming for some of the first scenes for season eight of the "Real Housewives of Atlanta," Whitfield reportedly got into a heated confrontation with Moore that led to water flying all over the place. Whitfield was reportedly the one doing the water tossing, and as could be expected from such an act, a full-blown catfight supposedly broke out on set not long afterwards.

Whitfield was supposedly selected to make her comeback on the "Real Housewives of Atlanta," after former cast member NeNe Leakes left to pursue other endeavors.

Season eight of the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" will premiere in the fall.
