Fans of the highly popular manga turned anime television series "One Punch Man" were more than delighted when the second season of the show was officially announced to be in production.

Now that the second season has been confirmed, eager fans are now trying to figure out the next set of events that the bald-headed superhero Saitama will be facing.

There are, of course, numerous predictions and theories that have been circulating online regarding the possible set of events that will be transpiring in the new season. The most prominent being that Saitama might finally be recognized for his power and for all his previous heroic deeds, which includes saving the planet on more than one occasion.

All of the past episodes have portrayed Saitama as the most powerful superhero the planet has ever seen, but unfortunately, only a few superheroes know about his true power, which includes his apprentice, Genos. Having witnessed Saitama's power, Genos has acknowledged him to be his master and wants to learn more about the origins of his immense strength.

Meanwhile, the rest of the world still looks at him as a joke and a weak superhero who takes the credit for the actions made by other heroes.

According to several reports, the next few episodes may be showcasing Saitama in a different light as the citizens and the other superheroes may finally be learning of his true strength. The last episode saw him completely obliterate the most powerful being in the universe, Lord Boros, who he defeated without even unleashing his full power.

Having saved everyone else from total destruction, it is now unlikely that Saitama's power will remain a secret. The premise of him being completely under the radar has been the core of the storyline so far, however, if his efforts will finally be recognize this time around, the next few episodes will likely be transitioning to an entirely different theme altogether.
