Henry (Jared Gilmore) may finally get his chance to meet his deceased father in the second half of "Once Upon a Time" season 5.

In Emma's (Jennifer Morrison) desire to save Hook/Killian (Colin O'Donoghue), she may end up bringing back some of the dead characters from the Underworld. One person that viewers are keen to see reunited with Emma is none other than her former lover, Neal (Michael Raymond-James). Back in season 3, he sacrificed himself for his family and friends in Storybrooke. Neal died in Emma's arms, calmly accepting his fate and asking her to say sorry to Henry for not being there as the boy grows up.

After his untimely death, Neal's soul has been languishing in the Underworld ever since. He and a whole bunch of characters are expected to welcome the living ones once they descend to the yawning chasm of darkness and fear. When Emma makes her difficult journey to bring back Hook, will she also see Neal? Showrunner Edward Kitsis hinted to TV Line that she would.

"I would think that it would be very disappointing for Emma to go down there and not have somebody talk about Neal," he said.

If there will be a reunion for Emma's little family, will we also get to see Henry's paternal grandmother, Rumpel/Mr. Gold's (Robert Carlyle) flighty wife, Milah (Rachel Shelley)? For those who have supported "Once Upon a Time" since its freshman season, it has been fascinating to see how the entire story has become one messy, family affair. Milah took Emma's true love, Hook, as her lover years ago when Rumpel brought shame to his family during the ogre war. She ran away with the pirate, until her husband, who became the Dark One, tracked her down and killed her.

Their son, Neal, then became Emma's husband, and they were blessed with a child, Henry. Co-creator Adam Horowitz talked about the possible reunion in his recent interview.

"We don't want to spoil anything, but... wouldn't it be weird if she met Emma? She and Emma might be an awkward meeting. I love the idea of Milah learning just how she is connected to all our characters!"

"Once Upon a Time" season 5 will return on March 6 at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
