Nicole Kidman news: Says Keith Urban cameo in 'Big Little Lies' not happening

Australian actress Nicole Kidman has silenced the speculations of fans regarding the possibility of her husband, Keith Urban, joining her in the HBO series "Big Little Lies." As it turns out, Urban has not expressed any interest in even doing any cameos for any of Kidman's projects.

After receiving the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor last Monday, Jan. 21, Kidman revealed during an interview that Urban may not be interested in showing up in any of her shows or movies.

Although it is possible that a lot of the Aussie's fans may take this as a sign of Urban being unsupportive of what she does, Kidman reveals that this is simply not the case, and is primarily due to Urban being unable to watch Kidman in pain -- even when she is just acting.

It is notable to mention that Urban previously had Kidman as part of one of his band's music videos. Fans and journalists alike seem to be in agreement that the couple look great together, and are generally happy, which is probably why Urban can't even watch "Big Little Lies," wherein Kidman's character goes through a lot of hardship and difficulty.

After Kidman was announced the winner in the SAG awards, she did not forget to thank Urban and their children for their unwavering support. Additionally, Kidman also thanked her co-nominees and recognized their talents and longtime dedication to the craft of acting.

Urban may have started out as a musician, but he is now known as a television personality after his previous stint at singing competition show "American Idol" as one of the judges. This is why a lot of people have been clamoring for the two to shoot some films or at least a television series together. Unfortunately for the fans, Kidman had shattered their hopes of a possible joint-project from the two.
