Just for reference, Itachi's story was based on a 544-page book called "Itachi's Story – Light and Darkness," and it was covered in eight episodes of "Naruto Shippuden." It is now speculated that Sasuke's story may take about four episodes of the anime. However, there is no official confirmation coming from the show's creators.

The book tells the story of Sasuke as he embarked on a journey for the atonement of his sins that he has committed in the past. This particular period also allowed him to discover the mystery behind Kaguya Otsutsuki. The book also tells the story of how Sasuke tried to avenge the destruction of his clan at the hands of his brother, Uchiha Itachi.

Meanwhile, there are also speculations that the famous son of Naruto, Boruto, will take the spotlight in 2017. This has not been confirmed either, but fans believe that Naruto will be captured, and it will be his son that will save him from his enemies. It is also rumored that the young warrior will be capable of protecting his family and even the entire village even at his young age.

In the meantime, "Naruto Shippuden" episodes 484 and 485 is scheduled to air on Dec. 1 and Dec. 8 respectively.
