Robert Downey Jr. in negotiations for another 'Iron Man 4' installment? Plans to take baby daughter on every film set

Will the billionaire superhero return? Facebook

Robert Downey Jr. fans just can't get enough of the billionaire superhero on the silver screen, and they only long to see Stark battle and boast in his famously polished iron garb.

RDJ devotees do not have a reason to fret as their hero will morph into Iron Man in the highly-anticipated Marvel films "Avengers: Age of Ultron" to be released on May 1 next year and "Captain America: Civil War" on May 6, 2016. This could further stretch to far-off Avengers installments as the superhero ensemble may also call for his brains and iron brawns in the future movies "Avengers: Infinity War" parts 1 and 2.

The well-loved Hollywood actor has his hands full as his crowd-favorite well-off superhero character has turned into a fundamental Marvel movie element already. Nevertheless, the question of a possible "Iron Man 4" installment still hangs back and everyone has their fingers crossed that the 49-year old actor will flaunt the famous iron suit yet again in a new "Iron Man" movie.

"There isn't one in the pipe. No. there's no plan for a fourth Iron Man," Downey initially stated in an interview with Variety months back.

Though the beacon of hope went on a slight tail off for the fans at that juncture, the anticipation was shortly restored, thanks to Ellen DeGeneres and her dead-on interviewing skills. Downey Jr. was on "The Ellen Show" in October when he finally and unexpectedly revealed (after being ensnared by the host's yes or no question) that discussions concerning the possible comeback of the filthy rich hero in his very own film are in progress.

According to Latinos Post, in the event that an "Iron Man 4" comes to fruition, fans may have to wait for three more years for its projected 2017 release. Nonetheless, an eventful wait is in their midst as the suave superhero will again have the suit on twice in the coming years—the first as the creator and both the slayer of a redoubtable android foe and the other as the dapper rival of Steve Rogers a.k.a. Captain America.

In other news, Downey Jr. is thrilled to welcome his daughter into the world with his wife Susan Levin and he has already planned to take his little one on film sets with him.

"I probably won't want her out of my sight very often. They might have to frame her out of scenes I'm doing, if I need her in a little Bjorn or something," he joked via Independent.

With that said, "Iron Man 4" may perhaps feature Downey Jr. not minding to incorporate the mighty Baby Bjorn carrier in his iron gear as he tries to pull off the character of the Iron Man daddy.
