'GTA 5 Online' update: gamers can now play 'In and Out' adversary mode; double RP and money rewards

Rockstar reveals "In and Out" mode for "GTA 5 Online." Rockstar Newswire

Rockstar has introduced a new multi-player mode for "GTA 5 Online." Officially launching on May 3, the new adversary mode is called "In and Out."

This mode is basically an "intense new take on Capture style team gameplay." Here, Attackers are tasked to steal a total of eight packages of contraband from well-armed Defenders, whose vigilance will make the mission tougher.

The new "GTA 5 Online" multi-player mode is all about teamwork. The person in possession of the package will not be the only one who will do the work. His teammates will have to cover for him so he can cross the other side unscathed.

In lieu of the release of "In and Out" on "GTA 5 Online," Rockstar is conducting double RP and money rewards events and price markdowns on weapons that will be useful in the new mode.

These events started last April 29 and 30 with the Adversary Mode Playlist 1, which included fun individual games such as Hunting Pack, Relay and Offense Defense.

Apart from "In and Out," there are more solo missions to enjoy on "GTA 5 Online" in the days to come. The rest of the schedule is as follows:

Sunday, May 1 and Monday, May 2nd - Adversary Mode Playlist 2, feat. Hasta La Vista, Every Bullet Counts & Keep the Pace
Tuesday, May 3 to Thursday, May 5 - In and Out Playlist, feat. all 3 maps of In and Out

There will also be 20 percent discounts on grenades and sticky bombs, 25 percent off on assault rifle mods and combat MG, and 50 percent off on SMG ammo. Rockstar believes that all of this will help "get your target practice."

Rockstar also invites fans to keep their eyes peeled for "future announcements" regarding new updates for "GTA 5 Online." Until then, fans can get a load of the new goodies coming to the title this week.
