'General Hospital' spoilers: Nikolas shares his secret, Fluke/Luke family history revealed

"General Hospital" continues to get intense as secrets continue to be revealed. Port Charles will be a very busy town this week. Here are the spoilers for March 2 to 6: 

Monday, March 2 

Michael isn't backing off and will do what it takes to take Sonny down. However, Julian won't let this happen. But before he confronts Michael, he runs into an old enemy in town. Also, in this episode, Detective Sloane comes up with a deal for Jake that will change his life. Nina and Franco share a heartwarming moment together, too. 

Tuesday, March 3 

Julian confronts Michael and warns him about going after Sonny. Michael has no idea what's in it for him if he pursues his plan. Further, Kiki has some surprising news for Silas. 

Wednesday, March 4 

In light of Michael's plan and motive behind taking Sonny down, Alexis just can't seem to understand him. She continues to ask him. Elsewhere, Nikolas reveals a secret to Sam, reports Celebrity Dirty Laundry. Spoilers say that he might just divulge the identity of Jake Doe. 

Thursday, March 5 

Someone visits Franco, and Maxie has to make a choice between Nathan and Damian. 

Friday, March 6 

To cap off the week, there is a deeper look into the mystery revolving around Fluke and Luke. Earlier, it was revealed that Fluke and Luke are just one person and there's no imposter at all. What happened to Luke and why did he flip his switch? 

This Friday, a glimpse of Luke's childhood will be seen to better understand what is happening with him and what caused him to snap. A deeper look into Spencer will be featured, too.
