Bandai Namco dropped a new trailer for its upcoming fighting video game "Dragon Ball FighterZ." The video game developing company also announced an open beta for the game in January 2018.

Bandai Namco revealed a new trailer during the Jump Festa event over the weekend in Japan. The two-minute video features three new characters, Beerus, Hit, and Goku Black. The trailer also includes a dramatic scene of Frieza blowing up Krillin and Goku going ballistic.

The game features a number of Dramatic Scenes that are triggered if certain characters are put together. Players can recreate iconic fighting scenes from the anime series. For example, when Goten and Trunks fused into Gotenks and fought off Kid Buu or Gohan's clash against Cell.

The newest trailer highlights the dynamic combat gameplay of "Dragon Ball FighterZ." It ends with a short scene of Beerus grabbing the hand of an unconscious Goku floating in space. Beerus then utters the words, "What a fascinating fellow."

Bandai Namco is also launching another beta for the game, and this time, it is an open beta. A few lucky players got a chance to try out the game back in September with a close beta by Bandai. The open beta for "Dragon Ball FighterZ" will commence on Jan. 14, 2018 until Jan. 16. The beta starts at 12 a.m. PT or 3 a.m. ET.

There is no list of characters to be included in the beta released by Bandai. Many fans are hoping for newly introduced characters to be included like Goku Black or Beerus.

The fighting video game is set to be released on Jan. 26, 2018 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Those who pre-ordered the game will have earlier access to the beta. Bandai Namco is also urging other fans to pre-order the game ahead of its release to receive freebies.
