Chris Brown and Scott Disick made headlines this year.

Brown's ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, publicly broke up with him on Twitter after she found out that he fathered a child named Royalty. Meanwhile, Disick's behavior while on vacation in the South of France caused longtime girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian to split with him over the summer.

While their choices have certainly made an impact on their personal relationships, a source says the two have bonded and have become each other's support system as they vow to be better people for the sake of their respective children.

In an effort to change their ways, Disick, who has three children with Kardashian, went to rehab last October to seek help for his drinking problem.

According to Hollywoodlife, Brown has given up on drinking and clubbing for his daughter.

Now, TMZ reports that the reality star and the singer have been spending a lot of time together recently. They were seen last week at 1OAK club, and a source told the website that the two drank nothing but water during the outing.

The insider said that the two have plenty in common since the mothers of their children have called them out for their alleged drug use and excessive intake of alcohol and have threatened legal action to limit their access to the children.

The source added that the "Ayo" singer changed his ways after Royalty's mother, Nia Guzman, called him out on his behavior, and that Disick faced the same issues with the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star.

Apart from helping each other stay sober, Brown and Disick have also collaborated on the singer's new music video, "Picture Me Rolling."

These days, Brown is making sure to spend a lot of time with his daughter. Last Christmas, he shared a photo of the toddler opening her presents and captioned it, "The greatest gift God has given me. #ROYALTY." For New Year's Eve, the singer will be performing at Drai's in Las Vegas. Meanwhile, Disick will also be in Las Vegas on the same day and is set to host a New Year's Eve party at 1OAK on Jan. 31.
