The death of an escape artist will prompt the specialists of the Jeffersonian to launch an investigation in the upcoming episode of the long-running FOX series "Bones."

In "The Promise in the Palace," TV Guide reports that a magician's body will be found in the woods and Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and Booth (David Boreanaz) will be sent to reconnoiter. What they will uncover regarding the victim, however, will muddle the case even more. While the artist was apparently working at the Magic Palace, his shady activities were his money bonanza. This earned him adversaries and any one of them could be the killer. The team must sift through the evidence, find trail and flush out the culprit for justice to be served.

The incursion in the magic community will unearth hidden talents in doing magic tricks in some members of the team, especially Dr. Clark Edison (Eugene Byrd). In the promo pictures shown in Buddy TV, he can be seen trying to entertain his colleagues. While T.J. (Jack Hodgins) looks on happily, Brennan does not appear amused, especially when Clark tries to set something on fire. Other images suggest that Brennan has found something of interest in her and Booth's search of the Magic Palace. Will it be useful to the investigation?

Meanwhile, husband and wife is at an impasse. They cannot decide whether or not to let their daughter Christine (Sunnie Pelant) get a visit from the tooth fairy. The pair will reportedly ask their colleagues to cast their votes to decide who will win. Will Christine have a magical visitor one night? Elsewhere, Angela (Michaela Conlin) is still busy pursuing her new found hobby. She is still very much interested in improving her photography skills with sexy instructor Sebastian (Gil Darnell).

"Bones" season 11 airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. EST on FOX.
