'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay' spoilers: Part 1 to end on Finnick and Annie's wedding?

Many "Hunger Games" fans are wondering where the first film of "Mockingjay" movie adaptation will end and where the second film will pick up.

The film adaptation of the last book of "The Hunger Games" trilogy will be divided into two parts. The first film is set to be released in November. There were speculations that the first film will end just on the right scene – Finnick and Annie's wedding. The wedding of the two marked almost the halfway point in the book and marks the coming together of the citizens of Panem.

Everyone feels that it is the perfect scene to leave the first film. However, others think that the first film will end on the scene where Peeta gets brought back to District 13 and instead of hugging Katniss, chokes her. This is due to the torture he received.

Meanwhile, the public was treated with a trailer at the recently concluded San Diego Comic Con. The video clip showed featured more of the main character, Katniss Everdeen. It was entitled "Our Leader the Mockingjay".

New characters are set to appear in the upcoming film such as President Coin, portrayed by Julianne Moore, and Natalie Dormer, as Cressida. The late actor Philip Seymour Hoffman who plays the role of Plutarch Heavensbee will also be featured in the upcoming film.

The first part of the film adaptation of "The Hunger Games" third book will pick up where the previous film, "Catching Fire," left off. Peeta is not on Katniss' side which will depress her. A lot of emotions will be involved in the upcoming film. This is in line with the previous reports that the action-packed scenes will be pushed on to the second part of "Mockingjay".

Part 1 will be released on November 21, 2014, while the second part will be shown roughly next year although the producers and director announced no date yet.
