There has been no official word on when Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will be out but if a tweet is to be made as a basis, the game could be out as early as next week.

Kojima Production tweeted that the game coding is now under full swing but is further made interesting after mentioning the release date details of coming soon. While "coming soon" could mean more than weeks, maybe months to years even, all this could be shredded out in the coming days if rumors hold true that the company will be making a gameplay presentation on Metal Gear Solid V at the Taipei Game Show.

Apparently, Hideo Kojima will reportedly make an announcement, new information related to the game during the said event. And many believe that the supposed "information" will pertain to the release date.

Back in December, Design and Trend had revealed that the game could be coming out on February 24, 2015. However, all that was shot down by Konami who went on to affirm that the title is expected to come out anytime within 2015.

As far as updates on game play, the last its massive showcase during the 2014 Tokyo Game Show. During the event, a special mission showing the various stealth mechanics and how Quiet could be used as a helper in bringing down enemies were revealed.

Hence, the upcoming Taipei Game Show should be an event to closely monitor. With Kojima and Konami notorious for showing of large chunks of gameplay demonstrations, it should not be surprising if the same would be done on January 31.

"Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain" is set for release any time in 2015. The game will have versions for leading game consoles such as the PS3, Xbox 360, PS4, Xbox One and PC.
