Kim Kardashian baby PHOTO: Did Kris Jenner post pic of North West before new talk show debut?

A photo of Kim Kardashian and Kanye's baby North West may finally have been revealed before Kris Jenner's new talk show 'Kris', which debuted July 15 on Fox.

The mom and manager of the Kardashian sisters previously hinted that her new daytime show will feature a surprise guest. Just before her show premiered this afternoon, Jenner posted a picture on the show's Instagram which could very well indeed be her granddaughter North West.

The photo shows Jenner holding a baby wrapped up in a pink blanket with the caption: "You never know who will stop by our show today!"

It has been over a month since Kim Kardashian gave birth to her first child with Kanye West. The pair did not yet officially reveal a picture of their daughter but false photos have been circulating the web since the birth.

The recent instagram photo may surley be a snap of North West, but neither Jenner or North West's parents have confirmed or denied it.

Kardsashian and West have been keeping their baby under wraps, away from the public's eyes. Despite finding her fame on camera, Kardashian reportedly does not want her baby girl appearing on her reality show when she is born.

"Kim is very serious about her pledge," a source close to the reality star told RadarOnline last month. "She has said, multiple times, that the baby will not be part of the Kardashian reality-television empire."

And the pair may be keeping true to their words, as Us Weekly reported that the pair turned down a $3 million offer for the first photos of their daughter.

The instagram photo has been released amid news that 6 hospital workers at Sinai-Cedars hospital have been fired for improperly accessing patient files.
