The sixth season of Lifetime's dance reality show "Dance Moms" kicked off Tuesday, but it is already cloaked with tons of drama involving Abby Lee Miller and her students at the Abby Lee Dance Company.

One of the highly emotional scenes in the premiere episode of "Dance Moms" season 6 showed student Kendall Vertes's breakdown after Abby called her a "hot mess."

To further explain what happened between the dance company's head coach and her student, Lifetime decided to release a deleted scene involving Abby and Kendall.

In the video, Abby explained to the camera that she asked Kendall to list down the reasons why she wants to leave the elite junior team of ALDC.

One of the reasons that Kendall mentioned was that she never feels good enough as a dancer. Abby then told her that it was actually a good feeling, since she believes that dancers should always try to achieve perfection but will never actually reach it to further improve their craft.

But things got more emotional for Abby when Kendall read her second reason, stating that girls no longer get to enjoy fun things as much as they used to, and all the other girls are also feeling the same way.

Abby cried while saying, "You know that I love you. I love all the kids I teach, but you gotta figure it out because that one column is not going to change."

The feisty head coach then shared to the camera that after the dance club's students became successful through the years, it became harder for them to enjoy the fruits of their labor.

"A lot has happened over the last few years. especially with the girls and I. We've all been busy. We've all traveled the world. We've all concentrated on our careers," the ALDC director explained. "It's a sad fact, but it is what happens. Life takes over and you don't take time to stop and smell the roses."

The first episode of "Dance Moms" season 6 showed what Abby meant when she said that it was difficult to enjoy life. When the girls lost to the Broadway Dance Academy, she sternly instructed them to stop doing all other activities that are not related to dancing. This infuriated most mothers, especially Maddie Ziegler's mom since the 13-year-old star dancer was doing a movie with "Jurassic World" filmmaker Justin Trevorrow.

Will the girls begin to understand Abby's tough love in the upcoming episodes of "Dance Moms" season 6? The upcoming episode will air on Tuesday, Jan. 12.
