WWE 2015 news: Rusev pokes harmless but funny jab at Lana

Right now, Rusev and Lana are working for opposing sides but everyone knows that the two are a real life couple. Hence, everything seen on World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) shows right now is purely work-related and based on the storylines as called for by the WWE creative team.

At the moment, Rusev has Summer Rae in his corner, while Lana is accompanying Ziggler. Everyone knows the story of that breakup in the WWE wherein Rusev blamed Lana for his string of bad luck which eventually led to the Ravishing Russian leaving the Bulgarian Brute.

So now, it seems that the two are trying to stir up some more hype and Rusev did this in a harmless kind of way via Twitter.

Before SummerSlam, there was word that Lana could possibly end up back with Rusev. Per rumors, Lana would be turning on Ziggler, although such never happened.

Then again, it could still happen but it remains to be seen when. As things stand right now, there is no twist or hint from both sides that a possible reunion will happen. Such reconciliation is still up in the air unless the WWE sees it fit to pick up the storyline a notch.

Could Vince McMahon still be unconvinced that Lana and Rusev should be a couple? Remember that there were rumors in the past that McMahon wanted to break up the couple, at least in the WWE scene.
