Good news for fans who are waiting for the new characters to be added to the roster of Nintendo's free-for-all brawler title, "Super Smash Bros.," as the DLC the characters finally gets a release date.

According to the roster lineup on the official "Super Smash Bros." website, the two new characters, Bayonetta and Corrin, will be unlocked on Feb. 3. Each fighter will be available on both the 3DS and Wii U versions of the game.

Bayonetta will be available for $5.99 on each gaming platform, and Corrin is for $4.99. Hardcore fans of the brawler title can also get the characters as a package that will be available on both systems, with Bayonetta going for $6.99 and Corrin with a $5.99 price tag.

Aside from unlocking the characters, the new DLC will also include bonus items for players. According to Polygon, Bayonetta will come out with two costumes, each one reflecting her witch status in her two stand-alone titles, "Bayonetta" in 2010 and the Wii U-exclusive "Bayonetta 2" in 2014. Her DLC bundle also includes the Umbra Clock Tower stage.

Meanwhile, aside from Bayonetta and Corrin, new Mii Fighter costumes will also be included in the roll out. The Feb. 3 release date has been set for North America, while players in Japan will have access to the new DLC packs on Feb. 4.

The Bayonetta and Corrin DLC packs are the last expansion content for "Super Smash Bros." However, rumor has it that Nintendo is preparing a major development and is already working on a new brawler title bound for the upcoming Nintendo NX system.

According to iDigitalTimes, the current "Super Smash Bros." received the most number of DLC packs among Nintendo's current games lineup, and it might follow that the company will be pulling out all the stops for a "Super Smash Bros." title for the NX.
