Samsung just unleashed its newest phablet, the Galaxy Note 4, and it is scheduled to roll out in stores by October. Those who were not able to attend the launch in Berlin can find out more about the device through the official introduction video that the company had released (see below).

The new Samsung Galaxy Note 4 sports a 5.7-inch Quad HD Super Amoled display, the same size as its processor; but compared to Note 3, it packs more pixels per inch at 515 ppi – Note 3 has a pixel density of 386 ppi. And new model has a 3.7MP front-facing camera that Samsung says takes clearer and brighter photos, while the older version has a 2MP front cam. By default, the Note 4's cam is at a 90-degree wide-angle setting, but it's capable of 120-degree wide angle, making it ideal for selfies (and even large group selfies). The rear-facing camera is 16MP, compared to Note 3's 13MP, and features Real-Time HDR for shadow-free images and Smart OIS for shake-free photos.

The device runs on the Android 4.4 KitKat OS, and is powered by a 2.7GHz quad-core processor (as featured in the video) and 3GB RAM, with 32 GB internal storage. The 3220mAh battery is capable of fast-charging and has an ultra-power saving mode.

Among the features that Samsung highlights are the enhanced S Pen, smart select, all-new multi-window for seamless multi-tasking, pop-up screen and split screen, and the ability to extract and collect images and information.

It boasts a new metal frame with faux leather at the back that comes in either charcoal black, bronze gold, blossom pink, or frost white.
