Ronda Rousey's first loss in her entire career might have hurt her pretty bad, since the UFC issued a 180-day medical suspension after her women's bantamweight championship bout with Holly Holm at the Etihad Stadium in Melbourne, Australia last weekend.

The 28-year-old pound-for-pound female MMA fighter endured a major loss when she was knocked out by Holm in the second round of the bantamweight title fight via a head kick. Unless a CT scan will clear her of any major head damage, UFC bans Rousey from fighting.

Rousey's medical suspension, which was revealed through the full list of UFC medical suspensions posted on MixedMartialArts.com, also states that she must not fight again in a span of 60 days, and must not have any form of contact for 45 days.

Meanwhile, UFC President Dana White confirmed in a podcast interview that Rousey was treated by an Australian plastic surgeon after receiving the vicious head kick from Holly. However, White denied that the MMA/judoka expert has a broken jaw.

White mentioned that the broken jaw issue is simply not true, and there is nothing wrong with Rousey except for a small cut in her lip.

"She had a huge f-----g cut and her lip was split open. And I was like, you know what? We don't want a doctor sewing that f-----g lip up. So we brought in the best plastic surgeon from Australia. He came in late last night and sewed her lip up and her lip looks awesome today." White explained.

But despite her loss, the UFC president believes that Rousey will recover and snatch the title back from Holm in the future.

"She's the mentally strongest athlete I've ever f-----g met in my life. She was a maniac and a hard worker when she was the best in the world. When she gets over this loss she's going to be a savage," White said.
