The Nintendo Switch has become one of the most awaited game platforms as consumers wait for it to be released in March of next year. However, the company has maintained its silence when it comes to the console's specs, most especially the games that will be arriving to the system. According to the latest news, the recently released "Pokémon" games, "Pokémon Sun" and "Pokémon Moon" are slated to land on the Switch.

It is rumored that the two new "Pokémon" games might be merged and will eventually carry the title "Pokémon Stars." Fans of the franchise are very much aware of titles getting tweaked by Nintendo. Moreover, it is said that "Pokémon Stars" will be the pioneer game that will be deemed playable on an actual home video game console, provided that it will come to fruition. Nonetheless, it has to be pointed out that the tablet that goes along with the platform will be the console itself.

Apart from this, there are reports saying that the list of games for the Switch will be announced during a Nintendo event on Jan. 12, 2017 and that they will keep the upcoming console covered for at least a year.

It is said that by the time the Nintendo Switch hits stores' shelves, it will come alongside games such as a Mario and Rabbids role-playing game, "Just Dance 2017" from Ubisoft, "3D Mario," a ported version of "Splatoon" and even Bethesda's "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim."

Furthermore, it is said that during the first half of next year, games like "The Silver Case" and "Telltale Guardians of the Galaxy" will be rolled out to the console apart from the equally hyped "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild."
