Although one of the most-anticipated titles that fans are waiting for, publisher and developer Square Enix's "Kingdom Hearts 3" has yet to be given a specific release date. Speculations continue to surface online, and the latest suggests that the company has introduced drastic updates for the upcoming installment.
According to Design & Trend, it seems that the title is still under development as constant changes can be seen in the design, based on the trailers that showcase "Kingdom Hearts 3." The latest footage from a supposedly private trailer from the D23 event in Japan features significantly life-like features for main protagonist Sora, as opposed to an earlier trailer footage seen on a previous event, the E3 convention held last June.
In the report, the website suggested that since hardcore fans have taken their dissatisfaction online after the E3 trailer was released, Square Enix developers gathered the negative feedback from the backlash and continuously updated the title. Meanwhile, it was also suggested that since the subsequent trailers that fans will see prior to the release were taken directly from gameplay and not as marketing footage, the trailers themselves will be closer to the final version of "Kingdom Hearts 3" in terms of design and graphics.
In addition to updated graphics, other updates are also rumored to be a big part of "Kingdom Hearts 3." Latin Post reported that the most recent trailer shown on the D23 event also hinted at an old favorite, Daybreak Town, making its way to the upcoming title. The video footage apparently shows a 3D image of the area. Daybreak Town was previously seen as the central player hub in "Kingdom Hearts X."
However, most of the details on "Kingdom Hearts 3" remain as speculations, but hardcore fans and observers alike are looking forward to PlayStation Experience 2015 later this week, expecting some confirmed specifics from Square Enix.
