Jose Aldo vs Connor McGregor fight rumors 2015: UFC's Aldo a bigger brash talker than McGregor

Right now, Jose Aldo looks pretty much like an angel and a hero to many considering he doesn't engage in much brash talk or rubbish.

Connor McGregor is of course one reason for that, the Irishman seemingly unafraid to let out his proverbial jabs which seem to be part of him being the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) character that he is.

However, make no mistake about it. Aldo is no angel and he is a defiant one. He barely speaks but when he does, there is no stopping him even if he is discouraged from engaging in topics which the company wants to keep under wraps.

Aldo was of course supposed to face McGregor at UFC 189 but a rib injury he sustained during training prevented him from locking horns with the cocky Irishman. And as everyone perhaps know by now, McGregor unleashed a barrage of verbal jabs on Aldo for reportedly giving in to injury.

At first, it was considered a bit of nonsense on the part of the Irishman. But once he and his camp revealed that McGregor had fought on a questionable knee, it all suddenly made sense. No injury would prevent McGregor and apparently, he believes that Aldo should have done the same.

Interestingly, the injury suffered by Aldo was categorized as a bruised rib by UFC president Dana White which all the more adds some spice to the issue. Despite the proof, the UFC wasn't buying it.

Could it be because of Aldo's defiance and arrogance? Such could be a reason and Aldo has done that on more than one occasion, although it hasn't come to the point where it would be blown out of proportion.

Of course, Aldo is just being himself, which is a side that many don't normally see. Then again with trash talkers like McGregor doing all the talking why bother? Determining the best is done inside the Octagon; so as they say, walk the talk.
