Thursday on "General Hospital," Jake and Alexis feel bad about Hayden going into a coma. He remembers that Hayden said someone else knows his identity and hopes that they'll come forward. Jake is unsure if he even wants to know who he really is. She tells him that he wanted to forget about that so that they could be together. He tells her about the deal he made with Sloane. Jake says he cares too much about her to get her in trouble. He says he'll tell Sloane about what he did and that whatever happens after that, he'll accept it.
Later, Julian asks Alexis not to leave the penthouse. He says that he can't be alone right now, and she tells him that he needs to grieve his son. Julian tells her that after this, he's done with organized crime. She doesn't believe him but he says he is. Julian swears on his son that he's quitting the mob, and Alexis hugs him as she cries.
Sloane and Anna go to his room, and she wonders how anyone can just die like that. Anna feels like she's now the kind of person that she set out to ruin. They think about their cover up job and she tells him off for putting Jake in harm's way and says that she has to face the consequences for killing Carlos. Sloane thinks that this is a wrong move and that he doesn't want her to go to prison. She says she's not afraid of being in prison and with Duke being dead, she doesn't really care anymore what happens to her. She cries over Carlos and tells Sloane that whenever she closes her eyes, she sees Duke.
On Friday, a mysterious visitor arrives in town; Jordan delivers shocking news to Shawn; and Jake tells Sloane he wants out of their deal.
