Rumors of Jon Snow's return continue to flourish as the return of hit drama "Game of Thrones" season 6 approaches. A new clue has been given by an HBO year ender video hinting how the Night Watch commander is to return to the show.

In a year-ender video posted by HBO, the Red Priestess Melisandre is seen telling Snow, "There's power in you, do you feel it?" This indicates that the Priestess, who is known for her ability to resurrect the dead, might be the key to Snow's return.

Carice van Houten, who plays Melisandre, hinted to The New Daily that something spectacular will happen when the show returns for season 6. "You feel that she is concentrating more and more towards Jon Snow... there are slight hints that something's going to happen," she teased in the interview.

Rumours of Snow's return in Season 6 started when leaked photos of Kit Harington, who plays Snow, on a shoot for "Game of Thrones" season 6 were spotted online. Now "Game of Thrones" fans want to know how Snow will be coming back from the dead.

Snow was killed in Season 5 by the brothers of the Night Watch, after his comrades judged his actions as treason against the code of the Watch. As the Watch brothers conduct mutiny against the commander, Snow is stabbed multiple times as the Black Brothers continuously utter the words, "for the Watch."

Movie News Guide further speculates that as Snow is now free from the oath of the Watch, he could be headed for Winterfell in season 6 to confront Ramsay Bolton, and along the way also meet Sansa Stark.

"Game of Thrones" is one of television's biggest hit fantasy dramas today. An adaptation of "A Song of Ice and Fire" written by George R. R. Martin, the show has grown in popularity and is now followed by millions of viewers worldwide. Season 5 was rated 91 percent by Metacritic based on reviews of 29 critics, and a user score of 8.2 based on 1,044 ratings.

Season six is set to launch another 10 episodes starting April 2016.
