'Fear the Walking Dead' season 2 spoilers: New images and sneak peek released

Fear the Walking Dead season 2 AMC

"Fear the Walking Dead" season 2 is now just a week away, and a new clip has been released along with a few images, courtesy of E! Online. According to the report, the images reveal that a time jump between the first and second seasons will not take place, based on the clothing and the confrontation shown in the preview.

The preview clip showcases most of the surviving characters being attacked by a horde of walkers on the beach, with the main characters finding themselves cornered on a steep cliff. It is speculated that this occurs before they are able to make it across the waters to Strand's (Colman Domingo) yacht, the Abigail.

One of the images also showcase Nick (Frank Dillane) still wearing the clothes he had stolen in the previous season, indicating that the premiere episode of season 2 takes place immediately after the finale of season 1. However, this image also showcases Nick and his sister Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey) safely on the yacht.

However, just because the characters will survive the journey to the yacht doesn't mean they are entirely free from trouble. Another image reveals Alicia holding a pair of binoculars as she and her mother Madison (Kim Dickens) are looking at something in the waters.

While it is possible that the two have spotted walkers or even malevolent humans coming their way, it is possible that they are looking at a survivor calling for help, out in the distance. It is important to note that the web series "Fear the Walking Dead: Flight 462" will tie into the main show and it is speculated that the two have found the flight's only survivor.

Season 2 will take place primarily on the yacht but it has been previously reported that even in the open waters the group is never truly safe from both humans and walkers alike.

"Fear the Walking Dead" season 2 premieres this April 10.

If you look at the Church of England’s communications all that it ever seems to highlight is the good works that Christians do to improve the temporal well-being of their neighbours. It is right to highlight these things, but they are not the primary reason for the Church’s existence.
