'Dance Moms' season 7 spoilers: Lilliana shines in Arizona competition

Filming for "Dance Moms" season 7 continues with the Abby Lee Dance Company (ALDC) gracing the Fierce National Dance Competition in Phoenix, Arizona.

For the group dance, Brynn Rumfallo, Kalani Hilliker, Kendall Vertes, Nia Sioux, and Camryn Bridges did a contemporary routine titled "Six Feet Underneath."

The performance was based on grave diggers, and to further understand the dance, the group visited the Hollywood Forever Cemetery for this "Dance Moms" season 7 episode.

This definitely helped, as the team of five won first in the Teen Group division and also earned first place Overall.

Meanwhile, Elliana Walmsley performed a Jazz dance titled "Charlie." It was inspired by the late silent film actor Charlie Chaplin. She placed second in Mini Solo division and fifth Overall. Beating her for the first place in this "Dance Moms" season 7 competition is her fellow mini team member, Lilliana Ketchman.

She performed an Acrobatic routine for "Dainty but Dangerous," which dance coach Abby Miller described as something "about a doll gone crazy." This performance landed the "Dance Moms" season 7 standout on the top spot in the Mini Division and Overall in this Fierce National Dance Competition.

"I was inspired by her Chucky make-up in our clown routine! When I saw her I thought to myself, 'oh yes she can pull off a scary mean monster!' And she was great!" Miller gushed.

Vertes performed a contemporary routine for "DOA," which is the acronym for "Dead on Arrival," in this "Dance Moms" season 7 episode, which snagged first in the teen division and fourth overall.

In other related news, Miller was one of the people who blasted model Kendall Jenner for posing as a ballerina in her latest photoshoot.

She commented, as per Access Hollywood, "I cannot be a fan of this shoot... There are so many amazing dancers in the world... Kendall Jenner is not one of them."

Jenner has responded to the backlash, saying she just "showed up to do my job" and did not mean to offend anyone and did not claim she knew ballet.

"I didn't even know I was going to be a ballerina until I went into hair and makeup. I never said I knew ballet and I didn't practice beforehand," she explained.
