A new promo trailer for "Bates Motel" season 4 episode 3 has been released.  Titled "Til Death Do You Part," the promo trailer reveals that Sheriff Alex Romero (Nestor Carbonell) and Norma (Vera Farmiga) will finally get married.

The trailer showcases the two getting a civil wedding in what appears to be the White Pine Bay City Hall. Although getting married was entirely Norma's idea as it will allow her to make use of Romero's insurance to keep Norman (Freddie Highmore) in the high-end mental institution, she does not look quite comfortable taking her vows.

After the wedding, a scene then reveals Romero telling Norma that he'll come over the house after work, along with some of his stuff. This quickly shifts to a scene where Romero arrives at Norma's house carrying bags, likely to be his personal belongings and clothes.

With Norma and Romero now living together, the series is getting even closer to the events that occured in the film "Psycho," hinting that major plot points such as Norma's death is likely to happen very soon.

As Norma and Romero adjust to married life, the trailer also focuses on Norman struggling with his time in Pineview, the institute he was admitted to during the previous episode. In the trailer, Norman is seen asking for a belt and is later shown being carried away by the staff members as he struggles and screams.

Dr. Edwards (Damon Gupton) is also shown telling Norma that her son is struggling in the facility and that he is having a hard time trying to connect to the patient. This quickly cuts to a scene of Norman angrily screaming that he's not the one that is sick and is trying to convince the doctors that it is Norma that is severely disturbed and sick.

"Bates Motel" season 4 episode 3 airs this March 21.
