As always, the American Music Awards will be one exciting night for all musical artists and musicians alike. It's the night for giving recognition to those who've made it big this year and also, to see cool live performances from fan favorites. This 2014 AMA Awards Show will not have a shortage of hot performances and stars to help the night sparkle.
One of the anticipated performances of the night is "Booty" from Jennifer Lopez and Iggy Azalea. This will be the first time Lopez and Azalea will perform the song on TV together.
Aside from that, Popstartv reported that Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne will also take on centerstage. Minaj will perform "Bed of Lies" that features Skylar Grey. As for Lil Wayne, he will perform his debut single "Start A Fire" from the album "Tha Carter V. Weezy." Weezy perform with none other than Christina Milan, who is also rumored to be his girlfriend.
Other confirmed performers of the night include Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Mary J. Blige, Selena Gomez, Sam Smith, One Direction, Fergie, Garth Brooks, Charli XCX, Imagine Dragons, Jessie J, Lorde, and Pitbull, who is also the night's host.
Apart from these performances, other stars who will grace the show, as reported by Slanted.com, are Uzo Aduba, Jhene Aiko, Elizabeth Banks, Aloe Blacc, Lauren Cohan, Gavin DeGraw, Ansel Elgort, Jamie Foxx, Becky G, Brantley Gilbert, Danai Gurira, Lucy Hale, Ella Henderson, Julianne Hough, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, Kira Kazantsev, Heidi Klum, Mary Lambert, Rose McGowan, Danica McKellar, Pat Monahan, Olivia Munn, Kevin O'Leary, Pentatonix, Tracee Ellis Ross, Taylor Schilling, and Meghan Trainor.
