'19 Kids and Counting' divorce news, update: Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar address rumors

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, who became famous due to TLC's reality series "19 Kids and Counting," have recently become a hot topic among fans as they are rumored to be calling it quits.

Rumors of the Duggar's divorce came about as the couple was believed to be having money troubles as of late. Nevertheless, the two quickly doused the growing speculations surrounding their relationship by tweeting a photo of themselves lip-locked while holding the issue of In Touch magazine that made it known that they were about to split.

The image seemed to be sending a message to the said publication that the report about the Duggar couple is misleading and speculations about their relationship should stop.

Per the recent social media post, Jim Bob urged their fans not to believe what they have been seeing in the news. He further explained that he and Michelle have been married for over three decades now and that their love has grown even stronger.

In light of the situation, a video uploaded by TLC several years ago is gaining attention once more as it depicts the story of how the couple met. The short clip features both Jim Bob and Michelle narrating their first meeting as well as some old photos of the couple. Also, the video showcased wedding photos as they narrated how God helped them build their family.

Though the couple's true status has been clarified, rumors of monetary concerns could still be quite plausible considering the scandals that the family has endured this past year. Their reality show has also been overhauled and is now called "Jill and Jessa: Counting On." Reports say that the family's compensation might be significantly less compared to before with "19 Kids and Counting," more so since the new show is unable to attain the same ratings and number of viewers.
