'The Young and the Restless' spoilers: Victor informed that his rival is dead

Thursday on 'The Young and the Restless', Cane tells Michael that he knows he saw him kissing Lauren. Michael says he's fine with because he wants her to be happy. Cane asks Michael if he's crazy and reminds him that he's not exactly single.

Meanwhile, Lily tells Lauren that she talked to Michael yesterday and that Cane told her everything. Lauren says it was just one kiss, but Lily is outraged at this. Lauren says that she doesn't want Cane that way but knows that Lily doesn't trust him.

Later, Cane arrives at the Club and meets up with Lily. He realizes that she knows about him kissing Lauren. Lily is devastated and asks him how he could do this to her, and Cane says that incident is not going to ruin their marriage. She leaves, and shortly after, Lauren arrives. Cane asks her why she told Lauren about the kiss, and she says that she was tricked into telling her the truth. Lily reappears and confronts them.

Dylan and Avery are at Crimson Lights, and he urges her to stay and stand up to Joe. Does she really want to spend her life running away from everything? He says that he wants to show the police her bruises and get a restraining order. Dylan says that he knows that they're not together anymore, but he would miss her if she left. Phyllis arrives and tells Avery that she hit Joe. Dylan tells Phyllis that Avery was planning to leave town again, and Phyllis gets mad and storms off.

Joe arrives and claims that Avery seduced him, and the police officer following Joe interrupts, and Dylan asks the cop to arrest Joe.
