"The Vampire Diaries" will be showcasing their Christmas-themed episode, which featured Caroline (Candice Accola-King) pregnant.

Hollywood Life shared some of the pictures from the holiday episode showing how the blond vampire was not too thrilled about her pregnancy.

In an upcoming episode titled "Cold As Ice," which will air on Dec. 10, Caroline's progress in her pregnancy is shown. In real life, King is pregnant with husband Joe and when news broke out that she's expecting, it was inevitable to question how the series would deal with Caroline.

Eventually, King's pregnancy was incorporated into the show with the shocking twist that Caroline was impregnated by Alaric (Matt Davis). With that storyline in place, fans were devastated knowing they've been rooting for Caroline and Stefan (Paul Wesley).

However, Entertainment Weekly released a spoiler report revealing that fans should not panic "just yet." EW continued that Caroline may be wearing Alaric's ring, but it won't guarantee a happy ending for them. And to the delight of fans, it was revealed that there's still hope for Caroline and Stefan, or "Steroline."

Meanwhile, in another "The Vampire Diaries" related news, the series will be transferred to a new time slot — the first transition ever since its first season.

"The Vampire Diaries" has been a regular show on the Thursday night time slot, but not when 2016 arrives, E! Online reported.

The series, together with "The Originals," will be moved to Friday nights starting on Jan. 29, 2016. "The Vampire Diaries" will take the 8 p.m. EST slot, while "The Originals" will air every 9 p.m. EST.

This change in schedule will pave way for "Legends of Tomorrow," which will premiere on Jan. 21.

In the meantime, fans can watch out for season 7's next episodes, titled "Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me" and "Cold As Ice," which will air on Dec. 3, and Dec. 10, respectively.
