Special Day on Prayer

Special Day on Prayer

Date: Wed 9th March

Venue: Waverley Abbey House, Farnham, Surrey

Theme: How to Pray When They Don’t Believe

Fee: £20 including lunch and refreshments

Time: 10:00am - 3:30pm

Leader:
Mo (Maureen) Tizzard is a Bible teacher who has been involved, together with her husband Bill, in leading Discipleship Training Schools for Youth With a Mission (YWAM), taking teams to intercede and evangelise in many nations.

Description:
As a new Christian with no church background, Mo once faced an ultimatum from her husband, "It’s God or me!". In the difficult times which followed she learned from God Himself, in the school of the Holy Spirit, lessons of ‘submission with strength and humility with boldness’. Most of all, she learned how to pray and what to pray for. During this powerful day, we will learn from her experience how to pray for any loved ones who are not yet Christians and how to invite God into our closest human relationships. Ideal for all women and of all ages and backgrounds.
