Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 release date for the UK could be in July, running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 may be released sooner than you think as a popular tipster Evan Blass tweeted what appears to be an image of the device.

The post included two devices in two colors, black and white.

While he did not confirm that they were Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, he captioned the post: Anonymous tip. Tab S3? Which piqued the interest of fans even more.

According to a report by PC Advisor, UK fans can get their hands on the device as early as July this year.

Meanwhile TechRadar also noted a post by Blass that pegged the release date of the device for July 15 this year which seems possible because it falls on a Friday. Still, no official word from Samsung about this yet.

An Inquisitr report hinted that that the tablet will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and feature a complete redesign of the system icons to make it more convenient for the users.

Meanwhile, a Christian Times post reported the possibility that there will be two models for the S3 Tab, one will have an eight inch screen while the other is slightly bigger at 9.7 inches. The smaller model will get an AMOLED display 1536 x 2048 pixel screen resolution. It will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor with speed of at 1.8 GHz. It will also have a 3Gb RAM and have variants with 32 GB and 64 GB built in memory.

While it was not mentioned whether the larger version would offer identical features, leaked benchmarks from Geekbench 3.0 indicated that the larger tablet 4,275 points multi-core (1,225 single-core) and 4,122 points multi-core (1,312 single-core) for the smaller Tab S3.

Both tab versions are expected to feature 8 megapixel cameras for the rear and 2 MP front cameras.

They are also expected to feature Samsung's signature fast charging technology as well as Micro-USB- charging of its 4,000mAh battery.
