Kim Richards is back in rehab after she left a treatment facility to attend her daughter Brooke Benson's wedding in Cabo San Lucas.

The star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" voluntarily entered a Malibu treatment facility last month after she was arrested for public intoxication, battery, and resisting arrest following an evening at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Now, a new report claims that Richards has checked into a different facility after her daughter's wedding in Mexico.

According to a source from Radar Online, the Bravo star did not immediately return to the Malibu facility after the wedding. The source added that the 50-year old was "missing in action" and was ignoring everyone's calls.

The website reports that Richards has entered a new treatment facility for alcohol and pill addiction in Pacific Palisades, California, and the facility features meditation, massage and yoga classes which are all included in the $50,000 fee. The luxurious and intimate rehab center reportedly features only six bedrooms in the residential home and has an on-site sauna, gym, and a chef to prepare all meals. It is unknown, however, why Richards chose to enter a different rehab facility after Benson's wedding.

Days after her arrest last month, the former child actress appeared on "The Dr. Phil Show" for an interview.

"I'm a very strong person and I have been sober. I haven't been working a program," she told Dr. Phil. "Living through a season on a show, sometimes, it's hard to just get through it."

At one point during her interview, Richards walked out of the set, during which three of her children were present, as she refused to acknowledge her issues and believed they were holding an intervention. Several days later, she checked herself into rehab.

A source told People magazine at the time that Richards finally sought professional help because "she got arrested, she humiliated her kids, and she wants to avoid jail."
