Looks like the hunt for the real terrorist will soon be over in the midseason finale of "Quantico." But will Alex Parrish (Priyanka Chopra) really learn the reason why her name was dragged into the bombings in the first place?

All throughout the first half of the series, Alex was searching for the real culprit behind the biggest bombing that happened in New York City since Sept. 11, 2001. She was accused of being the mastermind of the deadly attack. At the same time, the events that happened when she was a trainee in Quantico were also featured in the series.

In the trailer for the midseason finale titled "Inside," the timer for a bomb is ticking while a grand party is taking place.

Alex and the FBI are racing against time to stop the bomb from exploding and looking for the people behind it at the same time. But can they find the bomb's location before it's too late?

Meanwhile, the trailer also introduces Senator Claire Haas, portrayed by "Desperate Housewives" alum Marcia Cross. The senator's husband Clayton Haas (Mark Pellegrino) had an affair with Alex's best friend Shelby Wyatt (Johanna Braddy), which is why the senator is seen threatening Shelby that she will destroy her.

Meanwhile, the NATs in Quantico will also get their much-deserved break to be home for the holidays. But not everyone seems to be happy when some of their most guarded secrets are revealed.

The official synopsis for the episode reads:

"The terrorists responsible for the bombing of Grand Central Station finally reveal themselves, but instead of answers, more questions remain. While back at Quantico, the recruits receive a well-deserved few days off for the holidays, but not everyone is oh so merry when secrets are revealed and lines and blurred."

"Quantico" episode 11 airs on Sunday, Dec. 13, on ABC.
