After it was reported that actor Dominic Purcell suffered a serious injury from the set of the Prison Break sequel in Morocco, fans would be glad to know that Lincoln Burrows is in good condition and full;y recovered after two weeks.

Purcell appeared in Prison Break panel of the San Diego Comic Con to share his experience and assured concerned fans that he was well taken of throughout his ordeal, reported Hall of Fame.

The actor suffered from a deep wound on his head and had to get fifty stiches when a set piece accidentally got dislodged and an iron bar fell on his head. Aside from his head injury, he also broke his nose.

Thankfully, Purcell was able to go back to work last June 13 after only two weeks of recovery.

Meanwhile, a report from iDigital Times hinted that Wentworth Miller's character Michael Scofield, may be suffering from amnesia at the beginning of the fifth season.

The season will also expectedly address the question of how Michael survived electrocution at the end of the series' run.

The report indicated that show creator penned all of the nine episodes of the sequel and Purcell himself promised that it will be a riveting and tension packed series comparable to Bourne Identity and American Sniper.

"It's tying into what's going on in the world today with terrorism. The show is taking place in Yemen; we're dealing with ISIS and ISA, and obviously we left off with Michael presumably dead. He wasn't, he ended up working for this organization. It got to the point where he couldn't do it anymore, and they threw him in a jail in Yemen to change his mind. He didn't change his mind, they set him up," Purcell said.

While the show's production opt to keep more details close to their chest, production is expected to resume this August.
