Both "Pokémon Sun" and "Pokémon Moon" are having a successful run as of late albeit being in circulation for just a couple of weeks. Apart from the latest features and the addition of new Pokémon that go alongside it, players are also trying to grab ahold of Shiny Pokémon that are deemed to be rarities in the two new games.

For players who are fairly new to the franchise, Shiny Pokémon are those whose color patterns veer away from its original hue. These species of Pokémon are quite difficult to obtain in any of the recently released "Pokémon" games as the odds of capturing them will be very low. However, some tenured players who have been playing the series for quite some time now have revealed some tips and tricks on how to get one.

Since new "Pokémon" titles are now being placed on the spotlight, players will have to first collect some items that are requisites in tracking down these oddly colored creatures. Rations of ethers, adrenaline orbs, and even the basic berries are essential if players suddenly come across such creatures.

The next step would be choosing what type of approach would be best for players in catching their future pocket monster. Having said this, most players of the new titles prefer the so-called "soft reset shiny hunting method" in which gamers will just have to repeatedly hit the handheld's reset button until the game endows them with the elusive creature.

Meanwhile, reports also claim that there are some players who have been experiencing gameplay issues early on, especially in the part of the game where they are somewhat lodged within the wall inside the Pokémon Center after saving their progress. Nevertheless, some theorize that such issue might have arisen due to the use of third-party programs aimed to cheat within the title.
