'Pokemon GO' updates: Data mine report reveals 0.63.1 APK to change Gym dynamics, introduce anti-cheating features

A data mine report of "Pokemon GO's" 0.63.1 APK has been discovered, and it is expected to deliver improvements on the game's Gym dynamics, introduce anti-cheating features, maximize the number of the same Pokémon, and offer more support for redeemable codes to players.

Prior to the arrival of the game's 0.63.1 APK, the network traffic of "Pokemon GO" was already suggesting that Gym Raids are coming. Now, it is said the handling of raid-related network requests will officially become a part of the game's APK.

According to reports, 0.63.1 APK is expected to reduce Gym stagnation and encourage Gym diversity as it will limit the number of the same Pokemon the game will accommodate in the Gym. Because of this change, the complaints on "Blissey gyms" can be easily countered.

Apart from the changes that it introduces to the Gym, the 0.63.1 APK is also said to deliver an anti-cheat tool. Reportedly, the anti-cheat tool prompts the APK to come up with a new flag marking if it blocks an encounter. However, reports claim that the anti-cheat tool does not block the PokéStop spins.

It has also been reported that 0.63.1 APK comes with new codes for the Redeemable promo codes. While the alleged promo codes are still incomplete, it is suspected that Niantic will soon introduce them to "Pokemon GO."

It has also been learned that, along with the changes, a new sponsor has been added to the game. As to what the sponsorship is all about, it can only be suspected for now that it has something to do with "Pokemon Go's" upcoming events.

Nonetheless, it is suspected that 0.63.1 is not really the actual build that Niantic is building for "Pokemon GO;" rather, it is possible that it is one of the studio's previous builds simply for testing purposes, which is the probable reason why it has not been completed yet.
