NVIDIA's rumored graphics card, the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti, has been getting a lot of attention from PC gamers and tech pundits as of late. Reports suggest that the graphics processing unit comes with promising attributes under the hood and that it has the potential to topple the company's current flagship, the GTX Titan X.

It was noted that the yet to be unveiled GPU will be on par with the Titan X. Moreover, reports suggest that the GTX 1080 Ti will be donning almost the same specs as the Titan X, though, it is believed to be offered at a price within reach. Moreover, it was reported that a spy shot of the graphics processor's specs have surfaced online and has been making rounds ever since.

If the leaked specifications of the GPU are anything to go by, the GTX 1080 Ti will be sporting 3,328 CUDA cores with memory speeds reaching up to 8 Gbps. Its memory bandwidth is clocked at 384 Gbps, while its base and boost clock speeds are timed at 1.5 GHz and 1.6 GHz, respectively.

Other features of the GPU include NVIDIA's Ansel technology that enables gamers to take in-game screenshots in full detail and clarity. Moreover, in the advent of virtual reality titles, the leak suggests that there will be support for the technology. It is also rumored to bear NVIDIA's GameStream and G-Sync technologies alongside a digital resolution that could go as high as 7,680 x 4,320 pixels.

Despite the technical specifications that have been seemingly leaked, the price for the rumored GPU remains undisclosed. However, it is expected to be priced lower compared to the Titan X.

It is likely that the NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti will be announced early next year. Since the abovementioned details are speculations at best, readers are advised to take them with a grain of salt.
