'NCIS' season 14 episode 6 spoilers: Abby gifts new NCIS members hand-knitted sweaters

Abby (Pauley Perrette) welcomes the new members of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service in the Halloween special of "NCIS" season 14 titled "Shell Game."

The forensic scientist knits Alex Quinn (Jennifer Esposito), Nick Torres (Wilmer Valderrama), and Clayton Reeves (Duane Henry) sweaters emblazoned with the words "Welcome to NCIS."

In one of the promotional images from "NCIS" season 14 episode 6, Quinn sported her special new outfit as she went about her job. It will be amusing to see Torres and Reeves running around the office in the same garb as well.

Meanwhile, Quinn and Torres team up for the case on hand, which involves Navy Petty Officer First Class Kelly Ristow (played by Emily Alabi), who was kidnapped but later escaped.

The incident is revealed to be connected to the disappearance of her husband, and it appears that the captor will try to go after her again. "Someone is telling her kidnapper what to do," Gibbs (Mark Harmon) told Abby in the promo for the upcoming episode.

In one of the images from "NCIS" season 14 episode 6, Quinn and Torres perform an initial investigation by questioning a civilian. Another still shows Quinn at work with a gun in hand, but this time, with Bishop (Emily Wickersham). They walk into what CBS described as a "tense situation."

The majority of the stills show Gibbs checking on Ristow. In one image, a wounded and crying Ristow hugged the special agent. Another "NCIS" image shows them talking to one another, presumably for Gibbs to find out more about the incident.

The upcoming episode of the series is considered a Halloween-themed episode. The promo showed an axe-wielding man and Quinn potentially going missing as well.

"NCIS" season 14 episode 6, "Shell Game," will air on Tuesday, Oct. 25, at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.
