Motorola's planned 2017 devices are now known worldwide. Someone has leaked the company's roadmap for its smartphone devices that it plans to release next year. The list includes the Moto X and Moto C. These are aside from the Moto G, Moto Z, and Moto E models that are similar to the released models this year.

Tech Droider reported that the leak came from +hellomotoHK, the popular leaker of Moto devices, and it is said that the roadmap will include several models. The Moto Z model will still have the Play, Droid, and Force versions, while the Moto G will arrive with the Play and Plus variants.

The company will also reportedly revive the Moto X line smartphone that was last released in 2015. A follow-up model will also be under the latest Moto M line that was introduced earlier, and it will arrive with improved hardware by next year.

The Moto C and Moto M are tagged to be with Lenovo, which is speculated to be an Original Device Manufacturer (ODM). The Moto C series is a new unit that will be introduced, and both models are said to be entry-level smartphones.

Additionally, many of the devices will be designed and engineered by Lenovo, with the exception of the Moto Z, which will be handled by Motorola only. The Moto G will be a collaborative work between the two companies, added the leaked information.

Speaking of Moto X, next year's model is speculated to put its fingerprint sensor at the front. A recently leaked photo showed an unfinished unit, with its camera sensor still not mounted at the back of the device. It only has a big hole. A premium feel is expected to come with its full-metal chassis, Trusted Review stated in its report.

Technical specifications for the alleged device is hard to come by at the moment, but it is said to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 or possibly the higher model chip, the 830.

Neither Motorola nor Lenovo has not issued an official statement concerning its future smartphone models, so these pieces of information should be taken lightly, for now.
