The next render of the iPhone presumably dubbed as the iPhone 8 is one of the hot topics as of late among tech buffs and consumers. Specs of the phone are hard to come by as of late, though it is believed that it will be donning major changes provided that it actualizes next year.

The latest word about Apple's rumored flagship is that it might sport an OLED display. The Cupertino-based tech giant was reported to be making a request to its component contractors to double their efforts in manufacturing OLED screens for their upcoming device. This prompted the Apple faithful to muse that such component could be used in the yet to be announced iPhone. However, this should be taken with a grain of salt since the company is also slated to unveil other handhelds in the future, one of which is the 2-in-1 device that is the iPad Pro.

Moreover, in the event that Apple will be pushing through with the said endeavor, fans should expect a steeper price tag for the iPhone 8 since the glass material that it needs will take longer to be produced.

There are also speculations going around that Apple is putting into consideration multiple pitches for the iPhone 8 to see which particular render would be the best model to represent the company next year.

Meanwhile, it was previously noted that Apple has filed a patent which seemingly hints that the upcoming iPhone 8 will bear a foldable screen. It will be fused with a material known as "conductive carbon nanotube" that claims to be extremely bendable and very rigid.

As of late, Apple has remained tight-lipped about their upcoming banner phone which is the company's usual penchant. Nevertheless, the iPhone 8 is expected to arrive in September 2017.
