With the formal launching of the latest iPhone 6 models, four major mobile carriers are now offering network deals and early upgrade plans for customers who have been highly anticipating Apple's latest smartphones. These include  AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and Sprint for the U.S., although there will be smaller carriers that will offer the new handsets soon.

Shortly after Apple held its largest pre-sale launch in its history, both the 4.7-inch iPhone and 5.5-inch iPhone 6 Plus quickly went out of stock.  This happened merely hours following the announcement of pre-orders on launch day, both on the online Apple Store and the said mobile carriers.

It is said that the delivery of iPhone 6 devices will be delayed by seven to 10 days, whereas the delivery of iPhone 6 Plus handsets is reportedly pushed back by three to four weeks for AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and Sprint.

According to a statement released by AT&T, the company made its biggest pre-order sales record with the release of the iPhone 6 handsets.
