'GTA 5 Online Heists' release latest details: $250,000 in-game cash credit for gamers who pre-ordered PC version

GTA V Online Heists Rockstar Games

Grant Theft Auto V Online heists will be coming out on March 10 as scheduled. This was revealed by Rockstar Games via Twitter which should draw cheers from GTA fans who have been patiently awaiting for the release of the online virtual game announced as early as 2013.

But some bad news came as well with the announcement. It seems that the PC version will be delayed by about a month. This was mentioned in the same tweet where it was mentioned that the GTA 5 for PCs release has been moved to April 14, 2015.

The upcoming GTA game will feature a brand new 4-player cooperative style of gameplay where players can take part in thrilling scenarios to pull off a string of intense multi-part raids and virtual heists across Los Santos and Blaine County.

Aside from that, more features that GTA 5 online will carry are expected to be announced in the coming weeks leading up to its March 10 release.

With regards to the PC version, Rockstar issued an apology for the delay and asked for more time to ensure that the game for PCs would be well-polished to make sure that Heists and GTA Online are good to go once they are eventually rolled out.

In a post from the Rockstar Games website, it was stated that the PC version is their most graphically and technically advanced version to date. It will be fully optimized to support a broad range of hardware including deep configuration options and ultra-high definition support. This includes features such as the powerful Rockstar Editor to be used for recording, staging and editing original custom videos.

To make up for the delay of the PC version release, Rockstar Games announced that they will be crediting $250,000 in-game cash which gamers can use in GTA Online for those who have pre-ordered (or are planning) the game.
